Cancellation Policy
- Guests receive 100% (less $150.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.
- Travelers Insurance is available at a minimal cost for unforeseen cancellations.
Damages & Incidentals
- You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Also Note:
- Minimum age of primary renter: 25
- No Smoking in Guest Houses. Guests may smoke on patios or decks.
- No Pets allowed unless specified in individual Guest House Rules.
- No Parties or Events. All events must be pre-approved through the property manager.
